View 1: Long sleeves with elastic gathered wrist & self ruffle edge trimmed with eyelet.   Collar has smocked inset, 'Pat's Birthday Bears' & is edged in a gathered eyelet ruffle.

Jumper: Gathered at waist & button down back.   Makes a nice sleeveless dress also.

 

 

 

 

 

 

View 2: Collar with beading, ribbon, & lace. Short puff sleeves with beading, ribbon & eyelet edge. Shown with 'Let It Snow' shadow appliqué design, which is included with complete instructions.

View 3: Beautiful puffing collar made with wide beading & ribbon.   Short puff sleeves with beading, ribbon & eyelet trim.   Dress is hemmed & has sash at waist which ties in back bow.  May be made as a dress with hem or a blouse/slip to be worn under the jumper.   Pattern cover gives yardage for making the skirt of this dress fancy with beading, ribbon & edging but dress may be made with a hemmed skirt.

Designer Tip:
Pat made this dress originally in Champagne color batiste with a hem & three one inch tucks in the skirt.   The jumper was Burgundy color velvet & is worn over the dress for the winter holidays.   The dress is fancy enough to be worn alone when the weather is warmer.   

View 4:   Use the basic dress pattern with your sleeve choice.   Then add the contrast collar.   Leave the collar plain as shown or use one of the additional designer variation sketches shown on the instruction sheet to make a collar.   Dress is darling made in calico print or gingham.
